Priorities
Rottneros’ strategy defines our long-term goals and areas of focus. The strategy’s clear area of prioritisation guides us in our decisions, and helps us to bring about the positive changes we desire within the Group. Rottneros conducts and monitors activities within six areas of focus, divided into three target areas. Goals and areas of focus are set out based on our stakeholders’ most important requirements.
