Rottneros’ strategy defines our long-term goals and areas of focus. The strategy's clear prioritization areas guide our decisions and help us achieve the positive changes we seek within the Group. Rottneros conducts and monitors activities within six areas of focus, organized into three target areas. These goals and focus areas are established based on the most important requirements of our stakeholders.
